Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in most cases. However, if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping.
How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, email us at contact@siliconereline.store. We’ll review your request and, if eligible, provide you with detailed return instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
Need a different item? We recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order after your return has been accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
